Terms of Service

✧ You are only permitted to use art of characters owned by you/made for you

✧ Works are NOT allowed to be used for commercial use

✧ I require payment upfront BEFORE starting your commission

✧ Refunds are given 100% unless substantial work has been done, then you get what was done and a percentage

✧ Complex characters may be subjected to additional charges

✧ Traditional art comes with the risk of colors not being exact, though I do my absolute best. Upon commissioning, you agree to this possibility

✧ Traditional art can be mailed to you, client covers shipping costs

✧ NONE of My art can be sold as NFT or CRYPTO, commissioned or otherwise

✧ You do NOT have consent to train, validate or test a neural network or AI using my art

✧ Any and all commissions are to be done at my own pace. If you need something done by a specific date please be up front about it upon first inquiring. Urgent works may incite an additional charge
